migration from WSU PBJ

I've moved my blog service from WSU PBJ to Blogger. PBJ is getting old in the tooth, and there's no replacement service on the horizon.

The authentication requirement for responders did a great job of suppressing both discussions and spam. We'll have to see what the future holds with the Blogger service. I notice that archived Blogger pages have annoying rotating ads placed at the top of each page. By my recollection, the prominence of ads diminished with Google's acquisition of the service.
