feed with populated category info

This program is coming along nicely (best viewed in IE 7 or another RSS reader that supports category browsing). Jason worked to improve the XPath addressing in the application, and provided other support along the way as well (like the date/time formatting, described earlier). The best part is the integration of the archivist-assigned terms into the feed.
