data retrieval in Innovative systems

I've been undermined by the reality that I can't be in two places at once. Earlier today, I attended an informative presentation on the new capabilities in Web Management Reports, most of which are in the access services area; these enhancements are quite impressive. Meanwhile, there was a late-scheduled Innovative User Group meeting of Oracle users held at the same time. Oracle provides an alternative model for data retrieval from the Millennium catalog. Determining the best approach for data retrieval will require a great deal of analysis.
